Pastoral Support Managers

The role of a PSM is to support the Pastoral Lead and the Principal of communities within the community pastoral teams.

The PSMs work together to support and assist the school staff dealing with difficult incidents.

They support and liaise with parents on a daily basis as well as work closely with external agencies.

PSMs record behaviour and attendance data relating to year groups and across the whole community. They supervise and support students during unstructured time at break and lunchtime and offer mediation work between peer groups.

Where to find us?

You should only come to our offices outside of class time. We are available before school, and after school, during break and lunch, we are out and about on the school site.
