Benedict's Law
As of the 1st September 2026 all schools must be compliant with Benedict's Law. The North School takes this duty of care very seriously. Please can I remind you that we are a nut free school and that products such as Nutella chocolate spread, peanut butters or any nut butters cannot be in any food products that students have in their pack lunches.
It is also important to note some students, and staff can be allergic to almost everything and in some cases an allergy can strike even when it has never occurred before. We will be ensuring students understand this via assemblies, house time and PSHE lessons.
