In addition to my role as Director of 6th form, I am the careers leader for the school.
My role is to work closely with Ms Lamberton to plan and implement a strategy for developing a careers programme for the school that meets all eight of the Gatsby benchmarks of good practice and prepares young people for the choices and transitions in education, training and employment.

Qualified to Level 7 in careers advice and guidance and over twenty-five years’ experience of working in a careers and guidance setting Ms Lamberton is dedicated to delivering high-quality career guidance and giving students the opportunity to explore the range of options available to reach their true potential.
